Pricing
Per contributing developer / month
Billed annually · quarterly true-ups as your contributing-developer count changes
Pricing Basis
Based on the number of contributing developers — those who have committed to a monitored private repository in the last 90 days.
AI agents that commit on behalf of a developer count under that developer’s account, not separately. Pricing scales with team size, not with how much code your agents generate.

Pricing FAQs
How does Heeler determine pricing?
Heeler’s pricing is based on the number of Contributing Developers within your organization. This model is designed to align with your team’s actual usage and size, ensuring flexibility as you scale.
Who is considered a Contributing Developer?
A Contributing Developer is defined as any developer who has made a commit to a private repository monitored by Heeler within the last 90 days. Contributions to public (open source) repositories are not counted in this definition.
What if our team size changes during the year?
Pricing is based on contributing developers: anyone who committed to a monitored private repository during the previous 90 days. The per-developer rate decreases as your contributing-developer count grows. AI agents acting for a developer do not create a separate paid seat.
Does Heeler offer different plans based on organization size?
Every tier includes the whole platform. The only thing that changes with size is the rate — it drops as your contributing-developer count rises.
Is Heeler available as an annual or monthly subscription?
Heeler is sold as an annual subscription with quarterly true-ups. Every quarter, the contributing-developer count is recalculated so billing follows changes in team size during the year.
How does Heeler handle billing for open-source contributions?
Heeler only counts contributions to private repositories, meaning contributions to open-source or public repositories will not affect your pricing.
